I.W.C.C.I.'s New Facility
(Duane Tate Jr. & Anthony)
I.W.C.C.I. is very happy to announce that we now have a new facility, located at 1913 E. 21st N. Over the next 30 days we will be renovating and remodeling the facility. For the next two years, this will be the home base as we expand I.W.C.C.I.
We will have public and private chess lessons, small chess tournaments or just a place to come and play chess. We will also have a meeting room and a snack bar.
While I.W.C.C.I seeks to teach chess in every community, this is a great location, on 21st Street, just east of I-135.

Seniors and Chess
I.W.C.C.I. is excited to announce that we have expanded our Programs to include Seniors. While in the past eight years, I.W.C.C.I. has taught chess to youth as an educational enhancement program, this year for Seniors this program is about the quality of life. Research now indicates that by keeping the minds of seniors active and busy, such as playing chess, this can delay Alzheimer's and Dementia by 75%.
