A Poet's Poem

Poetry is the soul's attempt to enhance the rhythm  
of all that is flesh. 
It characterizes the accent of reoccurring patterns that 
would otherwise damn self and dignifies the imagination. 
for a poet is nothing without a poem, and how can One  
convey poetry without something poetic, pungent to  
punctuate breath. 
So be not as a vast desert signifying nothing, But as a  
dense rain forest from whose tropical area comes forth the 
Most eloquent of ideas. 
Come and laugh way down deep inside with me for just 
a moment as I allow my mind to dance among the constellations 
Refusing to be confined to but this moment and my carnality. 
Collaborate in this scheme to defy logical latent limitation 
and discover for yourself the true brilliance of FREEDOM.

The Road that Never Ends

I was walking down the Road that Never Ends

Fell into a dip, had to think quick,

The troubles arose like a thousand nightmares they poured over me.

I was walking around this dreary gutter

And all of a sudden I felt a flutter

The kind that gives you a ray of hope

It felt so warm I couldn’t cope

I lifted my hand out of the sand

And felt the fingertips of my friends

They pulled me out and gave me love,

They put the seems

Back on my dreams

Now I walk with my friends

UNITY OF LIFE & CHESS

Learning from life’s endeavors is as equally strong as learning from Chess

The ability to raise ones intelligence personifies ours reckoning to say God Bless

Through the turmoil’s of life we moves pieces to control our destinies to ring the bell

As we play the board of Chess we move pieces to discipline ourselves just as-well

The strive for coexistence of one’s life’s soon elevates our minds accepting nothing less

As we play Chess we open our minds that there are no limitations to our future success

As Chess enters our life’s they intertwine and soon become equally as one

While enhancing our knowledge for new learning can help make our life fun

As we capture the players of Life & Chess one’s mind will continually be soaring

Our Combination now for unity of the two will raise our emotions yet never be boring

The aftermath soon follows allowing our individual attitude an aptitude to spiral upward
